SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for standard order processing before shipment. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
- Business Hours: Our business hours are 9 AM – 4 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
- Duties & Taxes: Any pre-paid duties and taxes collected at checkout cover applicable import fees required by your country. Customers are responsible for verifying these charges before purchasing. Additional customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after purchase and are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for such cases.
Order Disputes & Abuse Policy
Excessive returns or repeated order disputes may result in a ban from future purchases at our discretion. We monitor order patterns to ensure fair use of our return and dispute policies.
