RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATE: Effective Date: February 15th
For all exchanges and returns for refunds, please email contact@gardenofputain.com to generate your request.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURN CENTER

Please follow the instructions within our return center to ensure we can assist you efficiently.


Photo Requirements: All submitted photos must clearly show the product as instructed. Unclear or unrelated images will result in a denial of your request.


Condition of Items: Returns will be denied if items are untagged, stained, or visibly worn. Approval is at the discretion of our customer service team.


Exchanges & Availability: If your desired size is unavailable in our Returns Center, it is currently out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restock all sizes promptly.


One Exchange Policy: Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If a second exchange is needed, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size.

GENERAL RULE ON ORDERS

You have 5 business days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.


What is a business day? Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your request is approved and a return label is generated, you must ship your return back to us with your designated return label within 5 business days.


If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, your return request will be canceled.

APPAREL RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS

All apparel is only eligible for exchange and cannot be refunded.

Refunds for clothing are only granted in cases of defects; buyer’s remorse does not qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee: A mandatory 8% restocking fee applies to all exchanges to cover the cost of intake, inspection, and processing by our staff.

Return Label Cost: A $10.00 USD return label is required for all returns. 


Untagged Merchandise: Items received untagged are not eligible for return. If an untagged return is accepted, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Worn/Stained Returns: Returns that are noticeably worn or stained are subject to a mandatory $5.00 fee.


INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY

International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Orders without a phone number at checkout are subject to cancellation.


BLACKLIST & FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY POLICY

We strive to offer the best service to our customers, but we reserve the right to ban customers from future purchases if they engage in the following:


Misuse of Returns & ChargebacksCustomers who repeatedly abuse our returns system may be blacklisted at our customer service team's discretion.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from ordering with us.
False Reviews & Misrepresentation: Intentionally false reviews are strictly prohibited. If a false or misleading review is verified, the customer will be blacklisted from our store.
